A healthy, plant-based and easy snack idea to add your favorite ingredients: chocolate, nuts, or dried fruits!
1 cup of Banana and Dark Chocolate Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of millet
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 apple, grated
10 ml of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mix together all the dry ingredients.
3. In a second, larger bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
4. Incorporate the first dry mix to the second wet mix using a wooden spoon.
5. Using an ice cream scoop, shape 14 balls of equal size and lay unto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
6. Bake for 22 minutes.
