Ingredients

- 1/3 cup Field Berries overnight oats

- 1 cup Oatbox Original oat beverage

- 18g (1/2 scoop) vanilla protein

Fresh blueberries, granola and almond butter for garnish

 

Preparation

1. Blend together the Field Berries overnight oats, protein powder and Oatbox Original oat beverage. Add frozen blueberries and mix well.

2. Let stand at least 6 hours or overnight.

3. Garnish with fresh blueberries, granola and almond butter!

- 1/3 cup plant-based yogurt of your choice

- 11g (1 scoop) matcha collagen

- Fresh strawberries, granola and berry jam for garnish

  

Preparation

1. Blend together the Field Berries overnight oats, Oatbox Original oat beverage, plant-based yogurt and collagen matcha.

2. Let stand at least 6 hours or overnight.

3. Garnish with fresh strawberries, granola and berry jam!

 

 

 ''PB&J-style'' Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/3 cup Field berries overnight oats

- 1/2 cup Original oat beverage

- 1 cup frozen raspberries

- 1 table spoon Maple syrup

- Almond butter and Oatbox Almond butter and blueberry granola for garnish

  

Preparation

1. In an airtight bowl, mix ⅓ cup of Oatbox Field Berries overnight oats with ½ cup of oat milk. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.

2. In the meantime, make your raspberry compote. In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook down 1 cup of frozen raspberries and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup until you reach your desired consistency (approximately 5-8 mins). Chill completely.

3. When your overnight oats have set, top them with 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 tablespoon of raspberry compote, and as much Oatbox Almond butter and blueberry granola as you want. Enjoy !
