Almond butter and cherry Overnight Oats

Pssst... Prepare several portions of Overnight oats ahead of time (up to 5 days) so that you can vary your toppings according to your daily inspiration!

1- Coconut and blackberries mood 🥥

 

INGREDIENTS

 

⅓ cup Oatbox Cherry and Almond butter
½ cup Oatbox Original Oat Beverage

Coconut shaving
Coconut yogurt
Cherry Jam
Fresh Blackberries

 

PREPARATION

 

 1. In an airtight bowl, mix ⅓ cup of Oatbox Almond Butter and Cherry Overnight oats with ½ cup of Oatbox Original Oat Beverage to prepare 1 portion of overnight oats. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.

 

2. When your overnight oats have set, add the toppings on to:  layer of plant-based coconut yoghurt, then a drizzle of cherry jam. Finish with coconut shavings and a few fresh fruits such as blackberries. 

 

3. Enjoy!

 

2- Berry and white chocolate flavors 🍒🫐

 

INGREDIENTS

 

⅓ cup Oatbox Cherry and Almond butter
½ cup Oatbox Original Oat Beverage

Fresh raspberries, blueberries and cherries
White chocolate chips

 

PREPARATION

 

 1. In an airtight bowl, mix ⅓ cup of Oatbox Almond Butter and Cherry Overnight oats with ½ cup of Oatbox Original Oat Beverage to prepare 1 portion of overnight oats. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.

 

2. When your overnight oats have set, add the toppings on to:  add as many fresh berry and chocolate chips your jar can hold.

 

3. Enjoy!

 

3- Yogurt and fresh fruit inspo 🥣🍓

Your favorite plant-based yogurt
