A breakfast recipe that takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and that you can enjoy with your fingertips.

INGREDIENTS


1 tortilla
1 tbsp (15 ml) of almond butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) of plant-based yogurt
Berries of your choice
2 tbsp (30 ml) of Oatbox White chocolate and raspberry granola

 

PREPARATION

 

1. Mix the yogurt and the almond butter together.

 

2. Spread the mix on the tortilla, and add the fruits and granola on top.

3. Eat in slices or as a wrap.

 

 

MAKE YOUR OWN TORTILLA

 

1 cup of quick oats
1 cup of Maca & Hemp Overnight Oats
2 ½ cups of water

 

Combine the cup of oats and cup of overnight oats to a blender 
Blend until the texture looks like a thick flour
Add water and blend again
Cook mixture on stovetop like you would a crepe
