What better combination than ripe strawberries, raspberries and white chocolate for a summer dessert to enjoy hot or cold!

INGREDIENTS
For the fruits:
6 cups of fresh Quebec strawberries, cut in 2 or 4
¼ cup of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ cup of sugar or maple sugar

For the crumble:
1 ½ cup of quick oats
1 ½ cup of Oatbox White Chocolate and Raspberry granola
½ cup of flour
½ cup of melted coconut oil
½ cup of brown sugar
10 mL of vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven at 350F.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the fruits and pour into a baking dish.
3. In the same bowl, with a wooden spoon, combine all the ingredients for the crumble until the mix is homogeneous and the flour is absorbed by the coconut oil.
4. Spread the crumble mix on top of the fruits and bake for 45 minutes or until the strawberries look well-cooked and the crumble is golden.
