1 1/4 cup of flour
1 1/2cup of oat milk
1 ripe banana (optional)
1/4 cup of oil
Pinch of salt
Salted Caramel Granola
1. Combine all ingredients (except granola) in a blender, and blend until smooth and homogeneous.
2. Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat.
3. For each crepe, pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the mixture by tilting the pan to evenly cover it. When bubbles appear on the surface of the crepe and the mixture is cooked, turn the crepe and continue cooking until the bottom is golden brown.
